1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mapji ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mapji is a web-based platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish interactive maps. Each map is hosted on a unique subdomain (yourname.mapji.com) or a custom domain you configure.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Mapji. By publishing content, you grant Mapji a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your published maps. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or spam

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published maps will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mapji is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
